If a car breakdown arose in a city where several official dealerships are used, then you can independently determine the dealer to which the car will be evacuated. Also, your car will be evacuated to the selected dealer center in the event of an accident, when the car cannot continue to move independently due to the damage received.

The program provides for the service of providing a taxi for you and your passengers from the place of malfunction to your home or to the place of travel within the settlement in the process of providing road assistance services. A taxi is provided in case of evacuation of the car. You can also use the taxi service to travel on the opposite route – from the dealership home or to the hotel. The taxi limit is 1,500 rubles per trip.

If your car cannot be repaired on the spot during a long trip (on the territory of the program, but outside the city of living the car owner), we will try to organize for you and your passengers a hotel for up to five days. The program covers the cost of placing up to 10,000 rubles per person per night.

If you are not ready to expect or a breakdown cannot be eliminated by a local dealer for five days, for you and your passengers we will order and pay for train tickets or a plane to continue traveling to the point and/or return home. The coating according to the program is 20,000 rubles per person for one trip back and forth.

Malfunctions, in which the support does not apply, and the services are not provided:

– a malfunction that arose as a result of the action of force majeure circumstances, such as war, revolution, uprisings and riots, robberies, terrorism, criminal actions, strikes, earthquakes or other natural disasters, as well as natural and environmental phenomena (tarry precipitation of trees, hail, storm, storm lightning, strong rains), confiscation or actions of the authorities to be forced, prohibitions of authorities, piracy, explosions of objects, fires, as well as nuclear or radioactive influences;
– a malfunction that arose as a result of the recipient of the service for motorsport, participation in sports competitions or the corresponding test races or competitions of any kind;
– malfunction of the trailer;
– a malfunction that arose outside the period of distribution of the program;
– The contractor has a technical ability to provide a service, including if the performance of work, the provision of services is difficult or impossible due to restricting access to the car of the contractor and/or partner of the contractor, or if the performance of such work is associated with the emergence of the danger of harm.

The conditions for the specified components of the program “Help on the roads” and the coverage limit specify the official dealers of the Jaguar Land Rover or by calling the program “Help on the Roads”.

* The elimination of a malfunction on the spot is carried out within 200 km from the border of the city in which the official dealer center is located.

The elimination of a malfunction is not carried out in the following cases:

– if a person who has the authority to drive this vehicle is in a state of alcohol or narcotic intoxication, or there are signs of such intoxication
– if the car must perform work that have the nature of the regulatory, related to regular then, etc. (for example, replacing brake pads, oils, technical fluids, etc.)
-in a situation in which the fuel was incorrectly filled into a gasoline engine-diesel fuel, into a diesel engine-Benzine)

The service is provided in settlements and outside the settlements within the road. If the contractor has technical capabilities, the service can be provided outside the limits of the road, provided that the recipient is paid at the place of service.

** Such events as reviews of cars, maintenance, regular or other kinds, technical inspections are not considered a malfunction.

It is possible to use the evacuation service if the car cannot independently get to the dealer center (immobilized) or the operation of which is prohibited by the manufacturer for technical reasons. The evacuation is carried out within 200 km from the border of the city in which the official dealer center is located. The service is provided in settlements and outside the settlements within the road. If the contractor has technical capabilities, the service can be provided outside the limits of the road, provided that the recipient is paid at the place of service.

The evacuation is not carried out in the following cases:

– malfunctions (damage) arose due to natural disaster, as well as the participation of the car and its owner in automobile competitions;
– A person who has the authority to drive this car is in a state of alcohol or narcotic intoxication, or there are signs of intoxication.

In case of malfunctions that do not apply to the program, the cost of evacuation services is paid by the recipient of the service.

In the case of ordering services/performing work on the road, travel on which is paid, the recipient of the services is obliged to compensate for the expenses of the contractor/partner of the contractor incurred for travel along such a paid highway.
